A Real Architectural Challenge
Naos restaurant is housed in a 19th-century building of rare architectural beauty, located in the town of Oia. This was once a traditional “Captain’s House”, carrying characteristic ornaments and decorative finishes of neoclassical type. Sofas and tables with carved accents, chandeliers and works of art give guests the chance to experience the atmosphere of a bygone era.
The biggest challenge the interior designers faced was renovating and restoring the mansion in a way that would preserve its traditional entity, while ensuring that all functional requirements of a modern-day, sophisticated restaurant would be met. TZORTZOS Interior Designers Group did an excellent work.
